WorkXpress gives you total mastery over your cloud.  Unlike any other solution, WorkXpress lets you choose your software, platform and infrastructure options and pricing plans.  Your total cost will result from each of these choices, as described below.

Software pricing

Many pre-built WorkXpress applications can be found in the WorkXpress store, and are priced per standard user, per month.  The price varies by application. There are two main types of Users in WorkXpress:

1. Standard User - a named individual who accesses the WorkXpress based application in the normal course of their company's business
2. Infrequent User - a named individual who accesses the WorkXpress based application very infrequently, for example less than once per week, or more frequently, but only in very infrequent bursts, such as for a specific event.

Software Pricing Summary:

• Pricing varies by application
• Pricing is always listed as per standard user, per month
• There is no charge for Infrequent Users
• The software price for an application you have built from scratch is FREE! (there may be a platform or infrastructure charge)

Platform pricing

The WorkXpress platform is the most powerful business automation tool ever created because it makes all aspects of software implementation fast and easy.  You can start with off the shelf applications or build an application from scratch, customize it, deploy it, maintain it and evolve it all in a browser environment with simple points and clicks. Use of the WorkXpress platform is offered for FREE!!

Platform Pricing Summary:

• General use of the WorkXpress Platform is FREE!
• Deploying an application into production that includes customization may increase the per standard user fee

Infrastructure pricing

Your Infrastructure choice should be driven by your needs for security, performance, reliability and cost.  Infrastructure costs can vary based on the provider you select, and you can always host on your own infrastructure for FREE! Due to differences in factors like service level agreement, resource allocation and other choices you make, pricing may vary by infrastructure provider.

• Hosting on your own infrastructure is FREE!
• WorkPress offers many pay-per-use infrastructure hosting options, including many of the worlds leading providers
