Treff LaPlante, President and CEO

Treff LaPlante has been involved with technology for nearly 20 years. At Express Dynamics, LLC he passionately drives the vision of making customized enterprise software easy, fast and affordable.

Prior to joining Express Dynamics, Treff was Director of Operations for eBay's Homes Direct. While there he created strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies and national broker networks and began his foray into the development of flexible workflow software technologies. He served on the management team that sold HomesDirect to eBay.

During his time at Vivendi-Universal Interactive, Treff was Director of Strategy. In addition to M&A activities Treff broadly applied quantitative management principles to Sales, Marketing and Product line functions. Treff served as the point person for the management team that sold Cendant Software to Vivendi-Universal.

Earlier positions include Product Management and National Sales Trainer for Energy Design Systems, an engineering software company. Treff began his professional career as a Metals Trader for Randall Trading Corp, a commodities firm that specialized in bartering and transporting various metals and coal from the then-dissolving Soviet Union.

Treff received his MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Drew McLain, Director of Technology

Drew oversees all technology development at Express Dynamics turning vision into a reality and delivering the first software platform of its kind, the WorkXPressTM engine. Drew has broad experience in platforms, systems, scripted and compiled languages.

Drew began his career as a web developer working for both Global Internet Associates and GE Capital Mortgage Services. At GE, Drew became the lead programmer for the division's intranet and after successful completion of this project he assumed similar responsibilities for GE's Supply and Support division.

Drew then went on to lead development of revolutionary real estate management software for Real Estate Trading Systems based in San Bernardino, CA. Next he led a team to reengineer a web based consumer real estate application for Weichert Rental Network in Philadelphia, PA.

During his time at Interactive Services Group he was responsible for creating an enterprise system for order tracking, invoicing and trouble tickets. While at HomeNet, Inc. he created, configured and deployed custom web-based inventory management applications for the automotive industry. Additionally, he led a team of developers to standardize product lines and to simplify the technology for the end user.

Drew is a graduate of Kutztown University where he earned a Bachelor's of Computer and Information Science and Technology.

Joe Chiarella, IT and Management Consultant

Joe has extensive technological and executive management experience, having served 6 years as a Chief Technologist/Architect and overseen almost 100 projects that spanned most corporate functions. Joe is an active entrepreneur, mentor, artist and author on human cognitive systems. Joe also brings a deep knowledge of data structures, software languages and common industry practices.

Marsha Davis, Executive Director, Murata Business Center

Marsha has a long history of entrepreneurship, board membership and community involvement in the Pennsylvania area, starting with the founding and 19 year successful track record of Dasher Inc., a direct marketing firm. Marsha has received numerous awards and recognitions including Best 50 Women in Business PA, Small Business of the Year, Inc. Entrepreneur and Harrisburg Business Leader of the Year. The Mayor of Harrisburg appointed Marsha to the Board of the Harrisburg Business Development Committee. She was the first woman Chair of CREDC (Capital Region Economic Development), and was the first female member of CPAN (Central PA Angel Network).

Randy Eckels, Sr. VP Sales & Marketing, CVORD Group, Inc.

Randy brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with major technology companies including Knowledge Planet(R), Sprint(R), and AT&T(R). Before joining CBORD, Randy was Senior Vice President of Business Development & General Manager at Knowledge Planet in Mechanicsburg, PA. There, he created a highly successful sales program, as well as a national branding strategy for Knowledge Planet, a market segment leader.

Randy previously held numerous senior level positions at Sprint, including Director of Product Management and Director of Engineering and Network Planning. Throughout his time there, he significantly grew the company's client base and implemented innovative product management strategies. Randy led customer focus group processes that enabled Sprint to develop marketing, branding, pricing, and packaging strategies. His management career has also included Product Management and Sales & Marketing positions at GTE Corporation and AT&T.

Kevin Gold, Esquire, Partner, Rhoads & Sinon LLP

Kevin Gold is the Administrative Chair of Rhoads & Sinon LLP's employment and labor practice. He also serves as a founding member of the technology/intellectual property law group, where he advises clients on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights under trademark, trade secret and copyright law and on emerging technology issues involving the Internet. Mr. Gold has been featured in the national media for his sports representation practice, including the USA Today, Los Angeles Times and New York Daily News.

Bob Joyce, CEO, Versatile, Inc. (TSX: VV)

Bob served as President of Perfect Order, Inc., a secure enterprise computing solutions provider, headquartered in Mechanicsburg. Under Bob's direction, Perfect Order (now Versatile, Inc.) has grown from a small business with a local focus into a significant force in the mid-Atlantic region for professional consulting and hardware sales. The remarkable growth rate achieved has earned the company a spot on Inc 500's list of fastest growing privately held companies in the United States as well as one of VAR Business's top 500 largest solution providers in North America. Additionally the company has been ranked 9th in the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania.

Pam Martin, CNP Regional Director, Ben Franklin Technology Partners

Pam has been a major participant in four start-up businesses, including the recent 2004 Computer Associates acquisition of Pest Patrol. Pam has held executive positions in such arenas as Research & Development, Finance and Product line evaluation.

Bijal Mehta, Founder, iCode software, CEO Arctern Consulting

Bijal Mehta is the founder and CEO of Arctern Consulting, providing the vision, strategic direction, and execution for the company. Prior to Arctern, Bijal was the Chairman of iCode, Inc. Bijal co-founded iCode in 1994 with the vision of developing an 'all-in-one' mini-ERP software solution for small businesses and medium enterprises (SMEs) worldwide. Under his leadership the Everest line of products were implemented in thousands of SMEs worldwide and won numerous industry awards and accolades beating leading competitors such as Microsoft Business Solutions, SAGE, and Intuit.
