To Reproduce: Add an action to recycle an item, and keep the search map for the recycled items as the inherited map.

Experienced: Fails validation, since the search map is required.

Expected: You should be able to add such an action with an inherited map, since a very common use of these actions is to place them on mass action buttons in a list, in which case the only way to get the desired behavior is to use the inherited map.
