PLATFORM LEVEL

Tier 3 Support comes at no additional charge with every WorkXpress License. Tier 3 Support is provided exclusively by a team of WorkXpress Engineers who work hard every day to ensure that the platform that powers your application will continue to work as intended. Tier 3 Support covers everything from operating system, database and scripting languages to cloud tools to security and uptime monitoring to integration’s and API’s. Put simply, if the issue is not a User issue, and it’s not a problem with how your application was built, then it is likely a Tier 3 issue.

APPLICATION LEVEL

Tier 2 Support is commonly needed by a client who, over time, finds themselves using their application in new ways possibly with new users or clients and discovers a new issue that they never encountered before. If no changes to your specific application will resolve the issue,then the issue is escalated to Tier 3.

USER LEVEL

Tier 1 Support has to do with User training and education, and is delivered when neither your Application nor your Platform are functioning improperly. Questions that are typically addressed with Tier 1 Support may include things like; “How do I reset my username and password?” “What happens when I hit this button?” “I can’t figure out how to…” and “I would like development training to develop my own software.”
