Search For One Field
| The Search For One field enables your users to search for and choose a single Item either from the database (of user-entered data) or from a fixed list that you created. The auto-completion feature allows your Users to enter a partial string and receive a search results list while typing. Once an Item is selected, you can customize what data about your item is displayed when in view mode. Importantly, each Search For One Field is associated with a unique search results page, allowing you to customize what informational Fields are presented to your Users trying to make the selection. Automation tools can optionally create (and remove) Relationships to the Items picked using this Field. |
